We invite the students and families whom usually attend Friday Night fellowships (AWANA, KAIO, Samuel, Petros) to join in and take part in the Passover Workshop. This is a a closed event (pre-registration and ticket purchase is required). The event will be in the LOWER HUB, beginning at 6:30PM and ending at 9:30PM. Please take note of the earlier start time.
The following week (29th) will be Good Friday, and all Friday night fellowships will be cancelled for that evening.

Due to the extreme cold weather, ALL Friday night fellowships— Awana, Kaio, Samuel and Petros fellowships— are cancelled tomorrow (Jan 12). We will resume on Jan 19.

Dec. 1st, 2023 - 40th Anniversary Church Wide Prayer Night
For this upcoming Friday night, December 1st, 2023, ALL Friday evening fellowships will be joining our church-wide ECCC 40th Anniversary Church Wide Prayer Night. AWANA & KAIO students are encouraged to join in with their parents in attending this event.
The evening will start at 7:30PM in the Auditorium, the theme is “Let the Light of Christ Shine”.

AWANA & KAIO Resume
A reminder to all parents and students that AWANA & KAIO fellowships will be resuming this upcoming Friday, September 15th, 2023— that’s TOMORROW!
FOR ALL PARENTS
Parents, please note that all students are required to check-in at Lobby C before heading towards their designated fellowship areas.
If parents still need to make payments, we ask that you come 10 - 15 minutes earlier to do so. We are accepting CHEQUES ONLY (payable to ECCC).
For AWANA Parents:
After signing in, please direct your child(pen) into the Auditorium to begin the night.
For KAIO Parents:
We are asking for ALL KAIO PARENTS to attend the first 15-20 minutes alongside your child of our first night at 7:30PM in the Sanctuary, as there will be important information shared.

Reminder: AWANA/KAIO Fellowship Payments
A reminder to all parents that the last day to make your AWANA or KAIO Fellowship payments will be held on *THIS SUNDAY, SEPT. 10TH, 2023 from 9:30AM to 1:00PM*. The payment booth will be situated on the Kids’ Floor beside Rm. 207 with our Childrens’ Ministry director, Sunsy Kwok.
All parents who’s child(ren) have been accepted into our AWANA or KAIO Program should have received a confirmation email last weekend. If you are not sure, please check the Junk Folder of your email before getting in touch with us with your inquiries at kids@eccc.ca
2023/2024 NextGen (Kids & Youth) Registration - Begins JUNE 25th @ 10PM
We’ll be starting Children and Youth Program registration for September 2023 on June 25 at 10 pm. Please note, there is limited space for Awana and Kaio based on the number of leaders per grade. The new form will be available at eccchurch.ca/nextgen/register.
This includes registration for:
Friday Evening Fellowship: Awana (K-Gr.2), Kaio (Gr. 3-6), Samuel Fellowship (Gr. 7-9), Petros Fellowship

Christmas Break
The holidays are fast approaching and there will be some changes to NextGen Ministry Programs for the Christmas Break. Please be aware of the changes for the following dates.
The Christmas/New Year NextGen Programs arrangements are as follows:
Friday Fellowships
AWANA & Kaio (K-Gr. 6) is cancelled from Dec 16, 2022 to Jan 6, 2023.
Samuel & Petros (Gr. 7-12) is cancelled from Dec 23, 2022 to Jan 6, 2023.
All Friday Fellowships will resume on Jan 13, 2023.
Sunday Children/Youth Programs
ALL Sunday programs (Sunday School, Jr. Church and Elevation) for Age 3-Grade 12 are cancelled for Dec 25, 2022 and Jan 1, 2022.
Children and youth are encouraged to attend family services with their parents.
Sunday programs will resume on January 8, 2023
