Vision: To see our congregation come together in good stewardship through food, cooking and fellowship
Who we are
The mission of the English Food Ministry is to connect and equip people of all ages to serve Christ through food and hospitality.
We do this through events like SOUBA, workshops and more.
SOUBA
Short for “soup and bagels”, this event is more than just soup and bagels (and often, not even soup or bagels). Held every few months, it’s a time for the English congregation to come together after Sunday service to share a meal and chat with people they may not have met before.
Next SOUBA - Sunday, April 27 May 4
Menu: pork tacos with soft-shell corn tortillas and coleslaw with vinaigrette dressing
Cost: $5 per adult, $2 for children under 10
Please bring cash. Newcomers and pastors eat free. No need to register.
This SOUBA event has been moved to May 4 to partner with the Guatemala STM fundraising. All proceeds will go to support the team.
Upcoming Soubas
Sunday, September 28 (small groups open house)
Other events
Sunday, June 22 - NextGen appreciation lunch
